How Does Coaching Take Place?

Personal coaching by phone is a very cost -effective way in terms of time and money as well as allowing for flexibility of location. Although some clients may initially be sceptical about the effectiveness of coaching-by-phone, they find by experience that it works extremely well. Most people prefer this option. I do coach in person if preferred and if location allows this.

'In Person'

Clients can choose to have coaching at my place in Lyall Bay Wellington, or at their residence or place of work if the location is in the Wellington region.

In addition to our prearranged coaching sessions I am also available to my clients for short- duration phone calls or fax/e-mail communication. I consider this contact a vital part of the coaching relationship; it enables me to support my clients as they experience their successes and challenges during the week.
